Catch was created out of the desire to make buying high quality, affordable and sustainably sourced seafood in Barbados more convenient. We work directly with small fishermen across the Caribbean whose families depend on selling fish for their livelihood. Some of our fishing partners families have been fishing for generations, so you could say it’s in their blood.

FLASH FROZEN:
From the dock our fish is inspected and blast frozen immediately after arriving at our state of the art facility. Blast freezing seals in a layer of moisture ensure the fish does not dry out and prevent the meat from breaking down.
CARIBBEAN SOURCED PRODUCTS:
All our seafood products are wild caught and sustainably sourced in the waters of the Caribbean For example; all of our Shrimp are wild caught in Caribbean waters and not farm raised like many of our competitors.
PROCESSED IN OUR STATE OF THE ART FACILITY:
All of our products are processed in our partners state of the art facility and the packaged for shipping. Our facility is ISO certified, FDA certified and constantly inspected by the local government agencies.
